Analysis of the Relationship between Sleep Quality and Impact Indicators Based on Data Mining

We get the preliminary correlation between the each impact indicator and sleep quality by the Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. Among them, Character index can not be tested, the Reliability indicator was significantly lower. In order to improve the stability of the sample, we select sample data in the Reliability>30 and conduct gradually correlation analysis. The result is that the Character indicator correlation become lower, but the Reliability indicator correlation become higher. We carry on the data mining to the sample and conduct correlation verification and the analysis to it. The results showed that the correlation between the Character indicator and Sleep quality was poor and the results of the first correlation analysis were accurate, so we ignored it .Next, we randomly select 70% sample data, and construct the ordered multiple classification logistic regression model between Sleep quality and related indicators . The remaining 30% data are used to test the equation. According to the model we built, it is found that people are more likely to have sleep problems as they get older, especially for middle-aged and elderly women, maintaining a good mental state every day is the key to ensuring sleep quality.
