The invention relates to a wireless precision strain measuring device and a wireless precision strain measuring method. The measuring device comprises a cabinet, a control panel arranged on the cabinet, a measuring module and a WiFi module, wherein the measuring module and the WiFi module are arranged in the cabinet. The control panel is used for achieving human-machine interaction. The measuring module comprises a digital control module and a precision power supply module. The precision power supply module comprises a constant-temperature reference source, a precision adjustable voltage source, a precision voltage measuring circuit, a strain electric bridge driving circuit and a strain electric bridge measuring circuit. The digital control module comprises a processor, a debugging port, a serial port and a WiFi module port. Thus, it can be achieved that input and output of a calibration system can be achieved via a high-precision voltmeter, numbers of calibration devices can be reduced and calibration speed is increased.
