If we look at the current conditions, the challenge to go to developed countries must have been answered with the quality of productive society that has high intellect and a great spirit of achievement. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partially salary and overtime wage variables on employee productivity at PT. Printing Indopack, and to determine the dominant influence between overtime salaries and wages on employee productivity at PT. Mooperto Printing Indopack. The study was conducted with quantitative methods of data collection techniques used was a questionnaire with a sample of 89 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study based on the T Test showed that partially salary and Overtime Wages affect employee productivity at PT. Mooperto Printing Indopack. Based on the results of the F Test shows that simultaneous salary and Overtime Wages affect employee productivity at PT. Mooperto Printing Indopack. Based on the results of the analysis found that the Salary variable is the dominant variable affecting the productivity of employees at PT. Mooperto Printing Indopack.
