Note minime in tema di interpretazione del legato: 'percorsi' storico-comparatistici tra diritto cinese, diritto romano e diritto italiano

The balancing between verba and voluntas, imposed by legates interpretation, is marked, in the Chinese Law order, by major formal concerns. In fact, the legislator seeks essentially to guarantee the ultimate will authenticity, through the hereditary successive declarations rigidity, imposed on the forms of will expressions. The contribution of Roman Law could be focused, however, on the interpretation of the verba of the single legacy, bringing their clarification into the socio-cultural context, in which the testator lived.
