STUDY ON MONITORING OFFSHORE PLATFORM OIL SPILL BASED ON AISA+AIRBORE HYPERSPECTRAL IMAGE TAKING THE ZHUJIANG RIVER ESTUARY AS AN EXAMPLE

Based on the oil-spill data which South China Sea Air-borne Detachment of China Marine Surveillance acquired when they patrolled on Zhujiang River Estuary,the features of AISA+ airborne hyperspectral data are analyzed,the oil and sea-water around offshore platform are studied in the paper.The distributions of oil film around offshore platform suitable for Zhujiang River Estuary are tried to automatically separate.The FODIS of AISA+data are gotton by Georectify and Radiometrically correct.Removes of sun glitter by analyzing the cause of sun glitter come into being and based on the feature of data and the spectrum of sea-water.The distribution of oil film is obtained by threshold.Finally,the half quantitative research about degree of pollution of oil is made by density split method.
