Method for producing shredded tobacco of cigarette using cabo

The invention relates to a method for producing cigarette tobacco shreds through cabos, which comprises the following steps: 1 immersing the cabos into a hot aqueous solution at 50 to 70 DEG C; 2 grinding the wet cabos into thread through a splitting machine, collecting and recovering all filtrate together with the filtrate immersing the cabos; 3 stirring the slurry pellets formed through grinding and splitting and pulp spherical tobacco shred fibers into single fibers through a dispersion machine, and forming bent fibers; 4 carrying out the vacuum concentration and extraction of the mixture liquid of cabo soak and the filtrate; 5 evenly spraying the concentrated extract onto the cabo thread prepared in the step 3; and 6 drying the cabo thread through hot air, removing dead smalls through a screen with 14 to 20 meshes to obtain the tobacco shreds which can be mixed with the tobacco shreds of tobacco leaves for preparing cigarette. The method is characterized in no pollution, simple process, low cost and high tobacco shred quality.
