Study on Extracting Technology Optimization of Polysaccharides from Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch

2013
Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of the polysaccharides from the root of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch in Yanchi in Ningxia of China. Methods:Based on the content of polysaccharides, the technology of water extraction was adopted by alcohol sedimentation, extraction conditions were investigated systematically by single factor and L9(34) orthogonal experimental design, and those conditions included particle size,temperature,time,solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration and extraction times. Results:The optimal derosination conditions were particle size 80 mesh, ethanol concentration 80%,the solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 5(g/v),40 min/time,degreasing once;and the optimal extraction conditions were extract solvent water, the solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 20(g/v),the extracting temperature 75 ℃,30 min/time,extracting 5 times;after extracted, polysaccharides was precipitated with 80% ethanol at 4 ℃ for 24 h.Conclusion:The optimized extraction technology is simple, reliable and extraction efficiency of polysaccharides is higher.
