Plan de manejo ambiental para el centro de recepción y rehabilitación de fauna silvestre del dama

In this project focused on the development of an environmental impact assessment and an Environmental Management Plan for Centro de Recepcion y Rehabilitacion de Fauna Silvestre del DAMA . It was described in a general manner the area of influence where it was considered aspects such as: Physicals aspects and Climatic aspects and Social and Economic aspects; it was also described the activities carried out by the center mentioned above and its different functional departments. After this, it was done the identification, quantification and evaluation of the environmental impacts, using assessment matrices. Then, it was designed the Environmental Management Plan which includes a set of thematic cards where it was specified the environmental effects which are expected to be controlled and the activities that made cause these effects and also, the optimum method chosen to solve or at least to mitigate each the environmental impacts. The Environmental Management Plan also included a detailed schedule for the necessary monitoring activities and their frequency to assure that the proposed environmental quality goals are met constantly. Finally, the Environmental Management Plan also covers the emergency preparedness response activities and plans.
