The departments of supermarket networks monitored by the French Food Prices & Margins Observatory lare ranked as follow according to decreasing order of their net margin per € 100 of sales : - poultry (9,7 €), - deli (8,5 €), - fruits and vegs (3,7 €), - dairy (1,4 €), - bakery-pastry (-0,6 €), - fresh meat (-3,4 €), - fish (-8,1 €).
