Identification of process Prime A turning when machining steel C56E2 and monitoring of cutting forces

Abstract Today’s modern age, which offers a number of modern and innovative technologies, places more emphasis on increasing productivity. These technologies include a turning method called Prime A Turning. This technology is relatively new and requires examining the impact of cutting forces on the machining process. Monitoring the course of the emerging components of the cutting force identifies the turning process and the creation of dynamic and static phenomena acting on the system of machine, tool, jig and workpiece. The result of the experimental results is identified the effects of force effects when changing the cutting parameters based on the prediction of the cutting process.
