Study on the Grinding Capability of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb of Gas Turbine Blades Based on Abrasive Belt Grinding

It analyzes the mutual mechanics between abrasive grain and material surface in cutting process, does the experimental research on abrasive belt grinding 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel deposited metal of gas turbine blades, and analyzes each processing parameter's influence on the material removing efficiency. This research has a direct to the actual manufacturing.
