Panorama legislativo de las uniones de hecho en España

espanolCada vez son mas las parejas que optan por una convivencia no matrimonial, pero desean, sin las formalidades del matrimonio, obtener cierta proteccion juridica de su convivencia. En Espana, el Estado, parece que aun no ha tomado consciencia, y no existe una ley que unifique los deberes y derechos de las uniones de hecho. Asi, son las Comunidades Autonomas las que han venido a intentar otorgarles proteccion legal, algunas mediante leyes amplias y utiles, otras no tanto. En este trabajo analizaremos la mayor parte de estas leyes autonomicas sobre la materia, asi como los preceptos de otras leyes estatales que tienen en cuenta a las parejas more uxorio. EnglishMore and more couples are opting for a non-marital coexistence, but they want, without the formalities of marriage, to obtain some legal protection of their coexistence. In Spain, the State seems to have not yet become aware, and there is no law that unifies the duties and rights of the facto unions. Thus, it is the Autonomous Communities, which have come to try to grant them legal protection, some through broad and useful laws, others not so much. In this paper we will analyze most of these regional laws about the subject, as well as the precepts of other state´s laws that take into account the more uxorio couples.
