Compatibilidade entre Metarhizium anisopliae e fungicidas registrados para a cultura do feijão (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)

2020
The objective of this research was to analyze, under laboratorial conditions, the compatibility between the entomopathogenic fungi Metarhizium anisopliae and fungicides recommended to bean crop (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). The pesticides analyzed were Manzate WG® (a.i. mancozeb) (500 g × 100 L-1), Nativo® (a.i. tebuconazole + trifloxystrobin) (300 mL × 100 L-1), Portero® (i.a. carbendazim) (250 mL × 100 L-1) and Tebuco Nortox (i.a. tebuconazole) (250 mL × 100 L1). The toxic effect of fungicides on the entomopathogen was performed in laboratorial conditions by the addition of the pesticides in culture medium BDA. After medium solidification were inoculated the reproductive structures of entomopathogen, at 107 conidia/mL, totaling eight replicates per treatment. After 24 h the conidia viability was analyzed, and after seven days , the area of colony growth (cm2) was measured and the number of conidia for each treatment was counted, being the media compared by Tukey test (P < 0.05), and standardized by compatibility classification. All fungicides inhibited the vegetative growth and conidiogenesis of M. anisopliae. Only the active ingredient mancozeb provided conidia viability of M. anisopliae, represented by 7.25 ± 1.11% of viable conidia. All tested fungicides were toxic to the entomopathogenic fungi M. anisopliae, under laboratorial conditions.
