Proteoma uterino durante o ciclo reprodutivo e gestação em animais domésticos

Proteomic approach has allowed studies of protein expression in different tissues and body fluids in discrete conditions and/or time points. Recent advances of methodologies in this field have allowed the study of molecules responsible for biological processes in animal reproduction. Thus this study aimed to report the main studies addressing the uterine proteome during the reproductive cycle and pregnancy in domestic animals. The study of uterine molecular dynamics has allowed the identification of proteins with biological role in female reproduction of domestic generating prospect for application of biotechnology and early diagnosis and treatment of reproductive disturbances.
