The plastic film cutting device comprises a cutting body frame, a plastic film reeling shaft, a cutting shaft, a cutter, a motor and a hoop, wherein the plastic film reeling shaft and the cutting shaft are respectively arranged at both ends of the cutting body frame; the cutter is arranged at the upper end of the cutting shaft; the motor is connected to the cutting shaft; the hoop is arranged on the cutting shaft. The plastic film cutting device provided by the invention is simple in structure, can cut the plastic films into sheet structures at a time as required, and enables the plastic film to be low in possibility of the edge curling phenomenon when in cutting.
