互賴理論中「敏感性與脆弱性」概念應用於兩岸互動關係的操作化分析

2004
After observing the actual interactive relationship on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, we understood that Taiwan is not necessarily in an inferior position. The famous concept of ”sensitivity” and ”vulnerability” is borrowed from the Interdependence Theory. This research uses these two concepts to analyze the power relationship between Taiwan and the Mainland China. Moreover, the research needs to validate the theory to find out if it is an applicable tool of analysis in order to explain the interaction of power. This research will probe into the explanatory ability of the Interdependence Theory. Furthermore, we will seek to understand the analytic instrument of sensitivity and vulnerability’s generality, application and concrete index. Some of the policies and appeals in Taiwan seriously violated the Chinese national interest, but the Chinese didn't have effective tricks to restrain Taiwan. That is to say, in China it is difficult to reduce the sensitivity and vulnerability, while Taiwan changes their policies easily in order to win more favorable conditions.
