La presente invention concerne des composes antibacteriens de formule II dans lesquels R 1 represente le groupe M, ainsi M A represente l'un des groupes M B represente ci-dessous, dans lequel A represente une liaison ou un C≡C; R 1A represente un H ou un halogene; R 2A represente un H ou un halogene; R 3A represente un H, un alcoxy, un hydroxyalcoxy, un hydroxyalkyle, un dihydroxyalkyle, un 2-hydroxyacetamido, un cycloprop-1-yle substitue ou un oxetan-3-yle substitue; et R 1B represente un hydroxyalkyle, un dihydroxyalkyle, un aminoalkyle, un dialkylaminoalkyle, un cycloprop-1-yle substitue, un cyclobutane-1-yle substitue, un oxetan-3-yle substitue, un 3-hydroxythietan-3-yle substitue, un azetidin-3-yle substitue, un trans-(cis-3,4-dihydroxy)-cyclopent-1-yle, un 3-hydroxymethylbicyclo[1,1,1]-pentan-1-yle, un 4-hydroxytetrahydro-2 H -pyran-4-yle, un (3R,6S)-3-aminotetrahydro-2 H -pyran-6-yle, un piperidin-4-yle ou un 1-(2-hydroxyacetyl)piperidin-4-yle; et leurs sels.
