Advancement of Predictive Microbiology

Two types of the predictive microbiology model,the special role of specific spoilage microbes;the applications of technology,temperature comprehensive function and bio-indicator and other new technologies in predictive microbiology were traced,the research progress of the Repredictive Model Library abroad and current studies in home country were briefly reviewed in this paper;and the development trend of the predictive microbiology was also prospected.
