Management of Rail-transit Operational Materials Purchasing Based on Supply Chain

Using supply chain theories,the paper studies in-depth the management of operational materials purchasing for urban rail-transit systems,ascertains the position of rail-transit operators within the supply chain as well as the conflicts and other problems in the purchasing process,and finally suggests optimizing measures such as innovating supply mode,strengthening supplier management and coordinating corporate internal and external relations.
