Connotation and Construction of Teacher Morals

Teacher diathesis is the summation of ideology and mentality character that is put up from educational activity and that it determines teaching effect .It impresses the students directly by their bodies and hearts. Knowledge and capability is the base of teacher's diathesis and the ideology mentality is the key of that. This article mostly analyses and discusses connotation of teacher's occupation morals and the ways of teacher' morals construction.
