Agricultural university participating the skills training to rural labor force was the demands to promote transformation and extension of agricultural ST achievements and to play the social service functions of agricultural university.The main models in this training included autonomy training of university itself,the joint training with enterprises or the association of farmers,experts' seminars in the field and relevant training activities of other training institutions.The governmental guidance,university positioning and training idea of scientific and technical personnel should have a corresponding adjustment to put the training from agricultural university into practices.
