This diploma thesis is focused on the problem of tire service in a selected transport company. The aim is to evaluate the current status and the possibility of a change. The diploma thesis analyzes the method of outsourcing, which has been established in the company for a long time, and then it tries to economically evaluate the possibility of establishing own tire service.
