Evanescent Wave Amplification in Meta-Materials

Performance of amplifying evanescent wave is investigated on the basis of simulation. Three cases of waveguides loading SRR resonators, strip lines and composite meta-materials are analyzed individually. In certain frequencies, these three kinds of arrays all have the ability of evanescent wave amplification.
