The Association Strategy of English Vocabulary Acquisition Based on Mental Lexicon Organization

Based on the organization form of mental lexicon and the spreading activation mode1 theory,this paper puts forward the association strategy for enlarging English vocabulary from the three aspects:phonetics,syntax and conceptualization.The author hopes this study can help English learners expand their English vocabulary and enhance their learning efficiency during study.
