ANALYSIS OF THE NECESSITY OF PROMOTING FOOD SECURITY LIABILITY INSURANCE AND IT'S AFFECTING FACTOR

[Objective] To raise the necessity of developing food security liability insurance in China and necessity of compulsory for solving the problem faced.[Methods] Collected data about food security and liability insurance premiums of the past years to do descriptive statistical analysis and find out the market situation of Chengdu city by questionnaire.[Results] Food security liability insurance should be promoted by a coordination lead by government for it couldn't develop and become strong in marketing environment alone.[Conclusion] Using food security liability insurance to solve food security problems is necessary,but it needs government's compulsory means to promote.
