Analysis on Current Situation and Development Trends of Soy Sauce Industry

Soy sauce,a typical ingredient in Chinese traditional cuisines,is closely related to the diet of the people.With the improvement of living standards and eating habits,people now more and more focus on improving the traditional process of producing soy sauce and making the production with natural flavor and health function.This paper attempts to describe these research results and analyze the industry dynamics and development trends according to the actual situation of soy sauce industry in Zhongshan,Guangdong.
