La influencia de los instrumentos de gobierno en la inducción de prácticas green en redes de suprimentos: Una propuesta teórica

Organizations are increasingly being charged with the development of sustainable practices in their production processes. In this context, this study aims to verify theoretically how the formal and informal instruments of governance influence the induction of sustainability practices in the supply network. From the review of the literature on supply networks, GSCM (Green Supply Chain Management) and governance in supply networks, the process of development of theoretical constructs was used in order to draw theoretical proposals about the influence of formal and informal instruments of governance in inducing GSCM practices. The results indicate that formal governance instruments influence positively and/or negatively in the induction of these practices, while informal governance instruments influence positively. This study, by means of a theoretical model, seeks to contribute to the supply network and governance literature, besides providing management applications for supply chain managers
