Experimental Investigation on Extraction Sc from Silt of Yangtze Sanxia by Chlorination Roasting

Process of leaching Sc from the silt of Yangtzs is studied by using the leaching media of HCl and the chlorination roasting after separating Sc concentrate,chlorination roasting process in kinds,dosage,time and temperature are investigated separately.The Results show that: the silt of Sanxia of the Yangtze in Chongqing is mainly composed of silicolites and quartz,containing Fe and Ti in small quantity and Yt,Yb and Sc in minim quantity;the process conditions of chlorination roasting are as follow: chlorination reagent is NaCl,the dosage of NaCl is 3%,the time is 3 h and the temperature is 800℃.
