Research on the Policy of Institution Innovation for the Characteristic Industry of South Shaanxi Based on DEMATEL

Taking the tea industry as the case,the issues of path dependence and the policy of institution innovation in the development of characteristic industry of South Shaanxi were analyzed.Utilizing the DEMATEL model as the tool and summarizing literatures,the institutions of the region were encapsulated.Then the degree of interaction between these institutions was analyzed.The key institutions affecting the development of characteristic industry of South Shaanxi were put forward.The innovation policies for the breakthrough of characteristic industry of South Shaanxi were probed.
