Seedling Raising Technique of Rhodiola sachalinensis

Low temperature(-18℃),running water flushing and GA_3 methods were adopted in treating seeds,the result showed that low temperature is the best method.Autumn sowing was better than spring sowing.Root weight was ascertained to three grades according to annual plant,and nursery amounting was five hundred plants in every square meter.Carbendazim,dumethachlom,mixture of carbendazim and dumethachlom,and atibacterial 402 were used in the prevention and control of damping-off,the result showed that the control efficency was over 80%.
