Design of temperature control system for high-precision position sensor calibration thermostat based on Fuzzy-PID compensation

The calibration of the position sensor of the nuclear pump test rig requires strict temperature compensation accuracy. In order to overcome the problems of nonlinearity, large hysteresis and uncertainty encountered in the thermostat calibration environment, a fuzzy and PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) switching control method were used to make an accurate and rapid control over the internal temperature, combining with the virtual instrument technology. The measurement hardware system consists of the industrial computer, cDAQ9184 and high-precision data acquisition card and synchronization mechanism, with LabVIEW as its software. The test results show that the system has high control precision, accurate positioning and meets the engineering requirements.
