Cross-River System Related to Inner Ring(Pudong Section) Upspeeding Project

Based on the analysis of the existing problems of cross-river system,this article puts forward some requirements of inner ring(Pudong Section) upspeeding project on the plan,design and management of the relevant cross-river system were proposed effectively guided the design of the inner ring(Pudong Section) upspeeding project,and providing helpful advice for the plan and management of relevant cross-river project.
