EFEITOS DO EXERCÍCIO FÍSICO SOBRE A HIPERTENSÃO ARTERIAL SISTÊMICA

2017
The aim of this study was to identify the effects of physical exercise on systemic arterial hypertension in adults studies conducted in Brazil indicate that a large part of the population does not follow the current recommendations regarding the practice of physical activities. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that the sedentary lifestyle is responsible, annually in the world, for 1.9 million deaths. We used as a method the systematic review in the indexed databases Lilacs and Scielo. In the initial search it was possible to find 984 papers, remaining 14 papers in the final analysis. Based on the data found, we could see that a sedentary lifestyle and bad eating habits contribute to the development of Systemic Arterial Hypertension (SAH).
