Electronic control antenna system

PURPOSE: To secure excellent communication without deteriorating the communication quality corresponding to a radio wave environment of a district independently of a drive area of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A signal from antenna elements 11-14 is inputted to a signal processor 25 and enters a synthesis section 30 controlled by the signal processor 25 and a 4-element multiplex wave suppression adaptive array mode is obtained. Furthermore, signals from the antenna elements 11, 12 are synthesized by a synthesizer 36 and signals from the antenna elements 13, 14 are synthesized by a synthesizer 38 and the result is inputted to a 1st changeover device 40 and the directivity diversity mode is obtained. The mode is switched by a 2nd changeover device 42 based on a current position detected by a navigation system 46, the adaptive array mode is set in the suburbs and the diversity mode is set in the town.
