Grading and Price Assessment of Tourism Land in Qinhuangdao Urban Area

Based on the conceptualization of tourism land and combined with the situation of Qinhuangdao urban area,this paper establishes an evaluation system of factors influencing the price of tourism land,adopting the Delphi method to determine the weight of influencing factors,and grading the tourism land by calculating the total points of unit influencing factors.The tourism land in the urban area of Qinhuangdao City can be divided into five levels: the first-class land: 930 yuan/square meter,the second-class: 765 yuan/square meter,the third-class: 585 yuan/square meter,the fourth-class: 450 yuan/square meter,and the fifth-class: 300 yuan/square meter.The result agrees with the practical situation of the area.
