Study on the clinical application of vaginitis multitest in the screening for gynecopathy

Objective:To explore the value of the clinical applications of vaginitis multitest in the screening for gynecopathy.Methods: 804 cases of clinic women′s vaginal secretions were detected by vaginitis multitest,including hydrogen peroxide,leukocyte esterase,neuraminidase,prolidase,acetyl glucosaminidase and pH value.Meanwhile,the being of lactobacillus,leukocyte,bacterial bacterial vaginosis,trichomonad,candida were detected by the smear microscopic examination,and confirmed by gram′s staining method.Results: Compared with smear examination,the results coincidence rates of lactobacillus,leukocyte,bacterial bacterial vaginosis,trichomonad,candida detected by vaginitis multitest were 99.8%,89.0%,99.6%,98.0%,89.5%,respectively.Conclusion: Vaginitis multitest was easy to use and objective method,and it was the reliable evidence of diagnosis and classification in vaginitis,which was valuable to the screening
