Desinformação, verdade e pós-verdade: reflexões epistemológicas e contribuições de Piaget

2021
From the concept of truth in the course of the Theory of Knowledge; from the context of post-truth and Piaget's reflections on cognitive development, the objective is to create a space for reflection on how the truth criteria were historically constructed and to interrelate them with elements of post-truth and that of disinformation. Methodologically, it is a bibliographic search. The exploratory character occurs precisely with the parallel between the theme and as phases of cognitive development in Piaget. Through a historical-epistemological reflection of the concept of truth, it is conceived that it is problematic to think about absolute criteria of truth. However, there is information that is closer to this criterion than others. This depends on the source, the purpose, knowledge and especially the ethics of those who demanded it. Furthermore, it is unnecessary that adults who do not have access to the proper education process tend to believe false news more.
