Modeling Interactive Systems at the Business Level: Inter-Action Diagram

This paper presents the Inter-Action diagram as an element to capture useful information in the design of interactive systems. The Inter-Action diagram allows designers to enrich the modeling of interactive systems at the business abstraction level. This paper shows how Inter-Action Modeling has been enriched since it emerged as a proposal to provide a high-level model, which can be subdivided and, which represents the evolution, according to time, of the processes of the system. The components that support this Inter-Action Modeling and its importance for the development of interactive systems are also exposed.
