The through groove is provided with the small hole, according to the height of the small hole, it is guaranteed that the top end of the small hole can be placed above the sealing belt of the valve seat when the valve is closed, when the abrasion stroke of the valve plate is taken into account, the media need to flow in a pipeline slowly for transmitting heat, coking can be avoided, medium coking can be prevented without heat supply, and therefore energy consumption can be reduced.
