Tool device for connecting a plastic pipe or a metal-plastic composite pipe to a fitting having a sliding or pressure sleeve

The present invention relates to a tool device (1) for connecting a plastic pipe or a metal-plastic composite pipe to a fitting having a sliding or pressure sleeve, a housing (2); an expansion device (3) for expanding the ends of the plastic tube or metal-plastic composite pipe; a pusher (4) for sliding of the sliding sleeve or a pressing device for pressing the pressing sleeve; and a mechanically operable drive element (5) which is operable switched to drive the expander device (3) or for driving the sliding or pressing device (4), wherein the expander device (3) and the pushing or pressing device (4) the housing (2) and at least partially in the housing (2) are received, and switching of the drive element (5) between the drive of the expander (3) and the drive of the sliding or pressing device (4) by turning the housing (2 ) (relative to the drive member 5) can be effected. In addition, the present invention also relates to the use of such a tool device (1) for connecting a plastic pipe or a metal-plastic composite pipe to a fitting having a sliding or pressure sleeve.
