A Note on the Limit Definition of Concentrated Loads

Based on Sternberg and Eubanks' limit definition of concentrated loads. an improved definition is proposed. The polar-symmetry example is given to show that the new definition is more reasonable. Sternberg and Eubanks' attractive counter-example is reconsidered.
