A Method of Cost Estimate Based on Component Software Simulation

Along with the development of the technique of Object-Oriented and software reuse,a new method of software development based on component has been introduced,which has been thought highly by numerous software developers,and has been developing rapidly.To solve the problem of cost estimate in component-based software development,a new method of cost estimate has been brought forward in this paper,which is combined with the cost formula for component reuse,and based on the characters of the method in software development based on component.Decomposition has been used,and according to the cost of traditional software development,the software development based on component has been divided into some stages,and the cost can be estimated separately,then the result of cost can be found ultimately.In the end the estimate about the method has been shown and the aspect of study in the future has been pointed out.
