Technological parameters management system in tobacco processing line

Technological parameter is one of key factors affecting the quality of cigarette,which management system plays an important role in Manufacturing Execution System(MES)of tobacco industry.In order to satisfy the demands for rapid development in Informatization of tobacco enterprise,and to ensure the quality of cigarettes,a new technological parameters management system for tobacco processing line is proposed.The structure and function of the system is outlined,in which version control for technological parameters,parameters instruction transmitting as well as parameters statistical analysis are focused.Through applying advanced network technology and its unified data platform,the system realizes the formulating for process standards,auto transmitting of the technical parameters as well as the collection of the parameters in real time which enhances significantly the management level for tobacco processing line.
