SPECTROSCOPIC LINE ANALYSIS USING A GAUSSIAN AND LORENTZIAN CONVOLUTION TECHNIQUE

In the case where the absorption curve is a convolution of Lorentzian and Gaussian shapes, it is possible to carry through an analysis which separates both contributions. We explain how to make this analysis, and we give general curves which are exemplified by an application to Tutton's salt.
