The Moderating Effect Between Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention Generated by Gender Diversity in Different Job Level Variables

Based on various studies abroad,this study mainly examined how gender diversity variables in different job level influence individual's turnover intention.Hierarchical regression analyses are conducted on a sample of 298 participants.Results demonstrated that gender diversity in high-level and middle-level management are significant related to individual's turnover intention,and we also find the moderating effect between job satisfaction and turnover intention for gender diversity variables in low-level and supervisor.
