Effect of Drought Stress on Activity of Protective Enzyme and Growth of Corn Seedlings

Under the drought condition,the authors explored the protective enzyme activities of CAT,POD,SOD by spraying different concentrations of chitosan solution treatment corn seedling.The results showed that the protective enzyme activities improved after dealing them with chitosan solution.So,under the drought stress,treating corn seedling with chitosan solution facilitated the growth,provided theory basis for the chitosan resist drought stress influence of corn.
