Multi-Factor Orthogonal Optimization Study on the Injection-and-production Parameters of Multi-thermal-fluid Huff & Puff for Recovering Offshore Heavy Oil

Multi-thermal-fluid huff puff is relatively an economic and effective method in increasing offshore heavy oil productivity and the parameters of injection and production play an decisive part in the effectiveness of the huff puff.To achieve a better development effectiveness,the parameters of injection and production should be rationally optimized.The multi-factor orthogonal analysis method is adopted based on the analyses of a single factor for the optimization of the parameters of injection and production of multi-thermal-fluid.The range analyses for a single factor and multiple factors show that the key factor affecting multi-thermal-fluid huff puff is volume injected per cycle and the rank of the sensitivity parameters is volume injected,injection temperature,steam quality,injection rate and soaking time in order.The optimization of the parameters provide a theoretical guide for field operation of multi-thermal-fluid huff puff.
