HOW MANAGEMENT CAUSES STRESS IN WORKPLACE

Modern society and the prolonged economic crisis, underdeveloped economies, low wages, high unemployment rates, low life standards and general insecurity, the effects of stress factors on the workplace are increasing. Extensive working hours, big competition, increased demands, especially private employers with inadequate work protection, leads to exhaustion, chronic stress. Stress workers are smokers, law quality food consumers, have more alcohol and drug problems, have more family problems, are less motivated to work, have more problems with colleagues, are more likely to get sick and injured.In transition period, the working conditions have changed, new technologies and international agreements oblige the manager to assume a responsible and active role in adapting to new requirements and preventing professional stress. It is especially important to preserve human resources and to provide a healthy workplace with safe work. In our conditions, Managers are not adjusted , workers are perceived as a provocative factor for stress at work. Workers are accepted for a fixed amount of time, which is extended over the years with short interruptions, so as not to get a permanent employment relationship.Professional stress is also described as "the incompatibility of the individual and her working environment" (Humphrey, 1998). In medical terminology, stress implies the action of an external or internal factor that disturbs the natural balance of the organism, so that the reaction of poor adaptation occurs, followed by various psychological disorders that can lead to the development of psychosomatic diseases.What is the current state of our healthcare and how our memory relates to this specific and socially responsible working population, we tried to respond in our work.
