Urban Land Supply System,Economic Growth and Macro-Control:Based On Literature Research

Urban land supply system (USS) in China has more objective of policy because of special land property right institution,such as promoting economic growth,macro-control,etc.The results show that there is a large gap between the theory of new classical economics and the practice of land supply in the aspects of explaining of land and economic growth.Based on research conclusions about economic growth models,this thesis discusses the relationship of USS and economic growth from the point of view of land and capital,and then discusses the points of land policy affecting on macro-control.At last,the thesis points out the failure results of the real estate market macro-control by land policy.
