A Study on the Internal Logic and Future Trends of Management Sciences

On this study,we find that management sciences have its shortcomings.There is no consensus for some basic management theories and factions everywhere.Though management discipline system has been relative perfect,there are still some differences among different countries.Considering research methods,Chinese management sciences do a lot of speculative study rather than empirical study.And the study of Management Philosophy is limited.According to these shortcomings and its internal development logic,we predict its future trends,including strengthening the study on Management Philosophy,management practice,important social problems,complexity sciences and Organizational Behavior.
